We bring together healthcare consulting, Revenue Optimization, and pharmacy and executive recruiting to support hospitals, health systems, medical groups, pharmacies, outpatient organizations, and other healthcare providers nationwide. Our approach begins by listening, understanding each organization’s priorities and constraints, and developing solutions that are realistic, clearly defined, and aligned with long-term goals.
Founded by Andrew York, PharmD, York Healthcare Solutions is guided by more than a decade of experience spanning pharmacy practice, healthcare operations, business development, compliance, and workforce solutions. Andrew’s background combines direct patient care with executive leadership, giving him a unique understanding of both the clinical and business realities healthcare organizations face. His experience includes pharmacy recruiting, workflow improvement, vendor contracting, billing oversight, claims payment analysis, accounts receivable, financial performance review, and the implementation of technology to improve operational efficiency.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Andrew York
Andrew York brings more than a decade of experience spanning pharmacy practice, healthcare operations, business development, and workforce solutions. His background combines direct patient care with executive leadership, giving him a practical understanding of the clinical and business priorities healthcare organizations must balance.
Throughout his career, Andrew has held leadership roles in national business development, pharmacy operations, and compliance. He has worked with hospital systems, private practices, pharmacies, and government healthcare organizations to address workforce needs, improve operations, and strengthen long-term relationships.
His experience includes pharmacy recruiting, workflow improvement, vendor contracting, billing oversight, claims payment analysis, accounts receivable, and financial performance review. He has also led teams across departments and supported the adoption of technology to improve operational efficiency.
That combination of experience informs his work with York Healthcare Solutions: understanding each organization’s challenges, identifying practical opportunities, and connecting people, processes, and partnerships to support improvement.
Andrew earned his PharmD from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. His approach emphasizes responsive service, clear communication, and collaboration—with the professionals delivering care and the patients they serve at the center.
